No Mark Portable Bucking Machines
"No Mark" Portable Bucking Machines
Many of our customers prefer our low stress or non-marking tong units for their high alloy chrome tubulars. If you wish to eliminate penetration on the pipe which could potentially cause corrosion in the well, then no-mark is your solution. Our machines are equipped to handle special chromium steels in pipe sizes up to 7" OD.
Computerized Torque Monitoring (CTM)
Computerized Torque Monitoring (CTM)
Our computerized torque monitoring system is widely recognized as the most advanced and reliable system in the industry. It will chart a connection make and break, graph RPM's in real time, accurately records your ft/lbs of torque and measure turn revolutions of at least 1/20,000. Additional features include:
An automatic shoulder pick option which uses the ratio of torque and turn from the shoulder of the previous graph
User defined turn revolution during make-up which prevents premature shut-down.
Designed for quick rig up and rig down for fast paced strings and a more time managed process
Optional dump at a pre-determined torque value, shoulder selection with delta statistics, and multiple comment lines on graph for traceability
Graph charts created in .jpg format for easy viewing. One line data and job summary reports exportable into raw .txt file which can be converted to an Excel spreadsheet
A weather resistant system that can be located up to 30 feet away from the bucking unit. May be setup to run outside if space for our van is not available.
Graphs can be viewed at numerous locations on site by the customer and/or third party. Capable of printing hard copies, recorded to CD or customer/third party supplied usb thumb drive, upon job completion
Dual check, in house calibration system that is calibrated by two independent firms on 6 month alterations. Our systems are then calibrated to this unit every 4 months. Original certificates are available upon request.
